Original wildlife paintings that feel at home

I paint British animals in oil on linen, creating one-of-a-kind paintings rooted in nature, memory, and home.
My work lives in farmhouses and modern contemporary houses alike — from the boot room to the smartest room in the house.

The paintings are realistic, but always rich with colour and character.
They’re made for people who want art that feels personal, lived-with, and lasting.

Commisions

Some people come to my work looking for something deeply personal — a painting of their own dog or a much-loved animal.

If that’s you, I do accept a small number of commissions each year.
They’re a slower, more bespoke process, created from photographs and conversations.

Mr Bumbles — my own dog — was the inspiration behind this work, which has since become a print with John Lewis.
